This policy governs the dispatch, delivery, and return of all physical materials distributed by Table Poet ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to subscribers. By placing a subscription order, you agree to the terms set out below.

01 — Shipping

Table Poet dispatches monthly hosting kits in accordance with the shipping schedule published on our website. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of the applicable dispatch date. Subscribers will receive tracking information via email once their kit has been handed to the designated carrier.

Shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the destination address provided by the subscriber. Domestic delivery within the United States typically occurs within 3–7 business days of dispatch.

The inaugural edition of Table Poet ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping will be made available in subsequent editions at an additional cost. If you are based outside the U.S. and would like to be notified when we ship internationally, please sign up to our waitlist.

Risk of loss and title for all dispatched items transfer to the subscriber upon handover to the carrier. Table Poet is not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising during transit that are attributable to the carrier or to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, customs delays, or carrier disruption.

It is the subscriber's sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address on file is accurate and current. Table Poet will not be liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Any costs incurred in reshipping as a result of address error will be charged to the subscriber.

02 — Returns

Due to the nature of Table Poet hosting kits, all sales are final upon dispatch. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, failure to use the kit, or dissatisfaction with the intellectual content of the monthly material. Table Poet does not guarantee any specific outcome from the use of its hosting materials.

If you wish to cancel your subscription before your next kit is dispatched, you must do so in accordance with the cancellation terms set out in our Terms and Conditions. Cancellations submitted after the dispatch date for the current cycle will take effect at the end of that billing period.

03 — Damaged or Defective Items

In the event that your kit arrives materially damaged or incomplete, you must notify Table Poet within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date by contacting welcome@tablepoet.com. Your notification must include your order number and photographic evidence clearly documenting the damage or deficiency.

Upon review, Table Poet will, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies: a replacement of the affected item or kit, a store credit applicable to a future subscription cycle, or a partial refund proportionate to the value of the damaged or missing item.

Claims submitted outside the 7-day window, or without supporting photographic evidence, will not be eligible for remedy. Table Poet reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet the criteria set out above.
