These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber," "Member," or "you") and Table Poet ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website and subscription services. By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
Table Poet is a subscription-based mail club incorporated and operating in New York City, New York. We provide monthly hosting kits delivered by post to subscribers worldwide. These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and users of our website and services.
Table Poet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to notify subscribers of any material changes via email or prominent notice on our website.

Subscription Terms
Table Poet operates on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise Table Poet to charge your designated payment method on a recurring cycle (monthly or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase) until your subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the subscriber prior to the renewal date. It is the subscriber's responsibility to manage their subscription status. Table Poet will not be liable for charges incurred as a result of failure to cancel prior to renewal.
To cancel your subscription, you must do so before the billing date of the upcoming cycle. Cancellations submitted after the billing date has passed will take effect at the end of the current paid cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period upon cancellation.
Table Poet reserves the right to modify subscription pricing upon reasonable notice to subscribers. Continued subscription following a price change constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.
Product Availability
All subscription kits are subject to availability. Table Poet makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all items included in monthly hosting kits are available as described. In the event that any item is unavailable, Table Poet reserves the right to substitute an item of equivalent or greater value without prior notice.
Table Poet does not guarantee that the content or composition of any hosting kit will remain identical across subscription cycles. Monthly themes, recipes, and supplementary materials are subject to change at the Company's discretion.
Availability of subscriptions may be limited by region. Table Poet reserves the right to restrict access to its services in certain geographic locations without prior notice.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Table Poet reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will be communicated to existing subscribers in advance of the next billing cycle.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By providing your payment details, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated payment method and that the information provided is accurate and complete.
In the event that a payment is declined or a charge is reversed, Table Poet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription pending resolution. You remain liable for any outstanding amounts owed to Table Poet.
Applicable taxes will be applied at checkout in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. All prices displayed are exclusive of taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping & Delivery
Table Poet ships monthly hosting kits to subscribers in accordance with the shipping schedule published on our website. Estimated delivery dates are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.
Risk of loss and title for all items pass to the subscriber upon handover to the designated shipping carrier. Table Poet is not liable for delays, losses, or damages incurred during transit that are attributable to the carrier or to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
It is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address on file is accurate and complete. Table Poet will not be liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the subscriber. Any costs incurred in reshipping due to address error may be charged to the subscriber.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the subscriber. Table Poet has no control over and accepts no liability for such charges.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of certain kit contents, Table Poet does not accept returns on delivered hosting kits. All sales are final upon dispatch.
In the event that a kit arrives damaged or materially incomplete, subscribers must notify Table Poet within 7 days of delivery at welcome@tablepoet.com, providing photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Table Poet will, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund as appropriate.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, failure to use the kit, or dissatisfaction with the intellectual content of the monthly material. Table Poet does not guarantee any specific outcome from the use of its hosting materials.
Intellectual Property
All content produced and distributed by Table Poet –including but not limited to monthly themes, recipes, conversation prompts, written materials, editorial content, branding, and website copy – is the exclusive intellectual property of Table Poet and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials included in their hosting kits for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, publication, or commercial use of any Table Poet materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
The Table Poet name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Table Poet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of our services or products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or personal injury.
Table Poet's total aggregate liability to any subscriber, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by that subscriber in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Table Poet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness, accuracy, or completeness of the materials included in its hosting kits. All products and services are provided on an "as is" basis.
Privacy & Data Protection
The collection, use, and storage of personal information provided by subscribers is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
